We are currently looking for a Finance Manager on behalf of our clients. The role requires someone to oversee the finance infrastructure, handling the full spectrum of its operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full spectrum of finance and accounting operations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and management accounts
• Monitor liquidity, manage banking relationships and funding arrangements.
• Coordinate statutory audits, tax filings and compliance matters.
• Prepare and submit reports for investors, regulators and lenders in line with compliance requirements.
• Establish financial processes, internal controls, and drive continuous improvements.
• Provide and support ad-hoc projects, administrative and operational support

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or related industries
• ACCA/CPA/CA certifications is an added advantage
• Strong understanding of financial reporting standards, tax regulations, treasury, cash flow management and internal controls
• Independent, proactive, hands-on, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, optimistic and communication skills
• Willing to learn, evolve and grow alongside the company’s expansion.
