The Commercial Contracts Administrator will ensure the commercial objectives of the project are delivered successfully and in accordance with Sentinel's policies and procedures. Particular focus will be the administration of contracts, professional services agreements, and supply agreements to permit cost, time, and quality objectives to be achieved.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Preparation of tender documentation and participation in the contract/supply procurement process.
  2. Preparation of contract recommendation for award and compilation of contract documentation.
  3. Assessments of variation claims including details regarding quantities of required materials, resolve contractual claims, and finalize accounts.
  4. Analyze completed work and arrange payment to contractors.
  5. Track changes to the design and/or construction work from a commercial perspective.
  6. Provide support in the development and maintenance of the project agreement templates (including contract agreements, supply agreements, professional services agreements etc.).
  7. Provide support to the project team for the effective management of contractor and supplier payments in accordance with the contract terms (including any security of payment requirements).
