Responsibilities
We are looking for a skilled and self-motivated Air Conditioning Site Survey Specialist to join our team. This role involves traveling from home to home, assessing customers’ air conditioning needs, providing accurate installation recommendations, and quoting any additional charges. Ideal candidates will have relevant sales experience and a strong understanding of air conditioning systems.
Key Responsibilities:
On-Site Assessments:
Visit customers’ homes to evaluate their air conditioning needs and assess site conditions for installation.
Take precise measurements, evaluate existing systems, and identify any potential issues or requirements.
Customer Consultation:
Communicate with customers to understand their cooling needs, preferences, and budget.
Provide expert recommendations on suitable air conditioning solutions based on the site survey.
Sales and Quoting:
Prepare and present detailed quotes for air conditioning systems and any additional services required.
Explain the scope of work, system options, and associated costs to customers in a clear and professional manner.
Installation Coordination:
Work with the installation team to ensure all necessary information is passed along and that installations meet customer expectations.
Follow up with customers post-installation to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Documentation and Reporting:
Complete detailed site survey reports, including measurements, photos, and recommendations.
Maintain accurate records of all site visits, customer interactions, and quotes provided.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in sales.
Basic understanding of HVAC systems, installation procedures, and industry standards in Singapore
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple site visits effectively.
Valid Class 2B/2A/2/3 driver’s license and own vehicle.
Able to work Saturdays.
