Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate component inventory records to support stock control and ensure material availability
• Monitor delivery schedules and distribute goods to relevant departments to facilitate timely job processing
• Perform filing and data entry to organize and maintain administrative records effectively
• Prepare documents to support administrative operations and ensure proper documentation flow
• Verify invoices to enable timely and accurate payment processing
• Complete assigned ad hoc tasks promptly to support team and operational needs
