The Role

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Building Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our office premises. You will ensure our facilities are safe, well-maintained, and fully operational, supporting a professional environment for staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise upkeep, maintenance, and repair of office premises, fixtures, and building systems (electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, fire safety)
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues promptly
• Liaise with contractors, vendors, and service providers; obtain quotations and oversee work quality
• Manage housekeeping and cleaning staff
• Ensure compliance with Singapore building codes, health and safety, and fire safety regulations
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, service contracts, and asset inventory
• Coordinate office moves, furniture/equipment installations, and minor renovation works
• Respond promptly to facility-related requests and emergencies
• Monitor utility consumption and assist with facilities budget tracking

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a building supervisor, facilities executive, or similar role
• Knowledge of M&E systems, air conditioning, and fire protection systems
• Familiarity with BCA and SCDF requirements (an advantage)
• Strong organisational and coordination skills
• Good communication skills in English; additional languages an advantage.
• Proficient in basic computer applications
• Physically fit, proactive, and able to work independently
