Responsibilities
- Develop Sales StrategiesCreate and implement sales plans to achieve business goals.Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.
- Lead and Manage the Sales TeamRecruit, train, motivate, and supervise sales representatives.Set individual and team sales targets.Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching.
- Achieve Sales TargetsMonitor sales performance and ensure revenue goals are met.Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions when needed.
- Customer Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with key customers.Resolve customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.

- Coordinate with Other DepartmentsWork closely with marketing, finance, operations, and customer service teams.Ensure smooth order processing and timely product delivery.
