Work Day : 5 Days Work Week

Location : West
The Job:
Manage daily inbound and outbound shipments.
Prepare shipping, import, and export documents according to SOPs.
Process customer orders and invoices accurately.
Monitor shipment status to ensure timely delivery.
Provide customer support via phone and email.
Coordinate with the warehouse team on daily operations.
Work with internal departments and external parties to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies.
Meet operational KPIs and follow company policies.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
The Talent:
Diploma or equivalent qualification.
1-3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations is preferred.
Basic knowledge of shipping documentation and inventory control.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; WMS or ERP experience is an advantage.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
