About the role
Centennial Business Suites is looking for two talented CoWorking Office Executives to join our team in our Raffles Place and Bugis Junction office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for supporting our coworking office operations and to grow our member base.
What you'll be doing
Providing exceptional customer service to our coworking members and prospective clients
Handling enquiries, giving office tours and closing new member sign-ups
Managing the day-to-day office operations, including reception, meeting room bookings, and maintaining a professional workspace
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a some sales, customer service or administrative role, ideally in a coworking or serviced office environment or in a hospitality environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with a diverse range of clients
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail
A friendly, proactive and adaptable approach to work
A passion for the coworking industry and commitment to delivering exceptional service
