Job Summary

Support office operations by managing communications, coordinating project documentation, and liaising with subcontractors to ensure smooth administrative and financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming phone calls and emails to ensure timely and professional communication
• Organize and maintain filing systems for easy retrieval of documents
• Source, respond to, and follow up on Tenders, RFQs, and ITQs to support project acquisition
• Prepare pricing documents and correspondence to facilitate accurate project proposals
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure alignment on project requirements and schedules
• Process issuing and receiving of payments to maintain accurate financial records
• Perform daily office tasks independently, demonstrating self-initiative and responsibility
• Utilize computer skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to prepare reports and presentations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Relevant industry work experience to effectively support project and office functions
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin to communicate with diverse stakeholders
