Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end operations for air and ocean freight shipments, including bookings, documentation, coordination with airlines/shipping lines, agents, and transporters.

• Prepare and process shipping documents such as HBL/MBL, AWB, invoices, packing lists, permits, and ensure compliance with customs and regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate cargo movements, track shipment status, resolve operational issues, and provide timely updates to customers.

• Liaise with internal teams, overseas agents, and customers to ensure smooth shipment execution.

• Support ad-hoc operational and administrative tasks in a fast-growing start-up environment.

Requirements:

• Diploma or relevant qualification in logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding.

• Experience in air and ocean freight operations preferred 

• Familiar with freight documentation, Incoterms, and basic customs procedures.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
