Job Summary

Define sales strategy, build high-performing teams, manage key accounts, and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue and market share targets
• Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff to enhance team performance and meet KPIs
• Set clear performance indicators and conduct regular performance reviews for sales personnel
• Negotiate long-term agreements with key partners, dealers, and corporate clients to secure business growth
• Analyze sales data, competitor activities, and pricing trends to refine and optimize sales strategies
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align campaigns with business objectives
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all sales activities

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of B2C/B2B sales experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Experience in home improvement, lifestyle, or financial services sectors
• Proficiency with CRM systems and advanced Excel reporting
• Strong commercial acumen with expertise in pricing and product positioning
