Job Summary

Support campaign execution, collate performance data and manage marketing materials.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute offline roadshows, in-store promotions, and digital marketing campaigns to drive engagement
• Prepare marketing collaterals and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Track and analyze campaign metrics, compile performance reports, and recommend actionable improvements
• Manage social media content updates, schedule posts, and communicate effectively with partners
• Conduct market and competitor research to inform campaign strategies and identify opportunities

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field; fresh graduates are welcome
• Basic copywriting and layout skills with proficiency in Canva considered an advantage
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Effective communication and cross-team coordination abilities
