Responsibilities
Role Purpose
Provide executive and administrative support to the Group MD and MD. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, timely follow-ups, accurate reporting, and effective coordination across stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain an accurate tracker of key action items, business priorities, and outstanding tasks.
Track follow-up emails and correspondence, ensuring responses and actions are completed promptly.
Monitor deadlines and proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Coordinate with business leaders and department heads to obtain timely updates and reporting data.
Follow up rigorously on reporting requirements and escalate delays where necessary
Consolidate management reports, dashboards, and business updates for leadership review.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports and presentations.
Manage complex calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Group MD and MD.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, meeting materials, and taking minutes where required.
Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations for management meetings, board meetings, business reviews, and strategic discussions.
Handle confidential matters and manage expenses, invoices, and claims
Any other tasks as assigned
Requirements
Degree in any discipline with min. 1 year experience
Strong organization, time management, and multitasking skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills – able to engage stakeholders at all levels
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information
Proficient in MS Office, especially Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Experience with reporting/analytics tools is an advantage
