Job Responsibilities:

Install, commission, and maintain cold rooms, refrigeration systems, and associated equipment.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure the proper functioning of refrigeration units.
Troubleshoot and diagnose faults in refrigeration systems and perform necessary repairs promptly.
Monitor temperature controls and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Assist in upgrading or retrofitting cold storage facilities as required.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for parts and equipment procurement.
Provide technical support and training to staff on the proper operation and maintenance of cold room equipment.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Refrigeration, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field.
Proven experience as a Cold Room Technician or in refrigeration maintenance.
Knowledge of refrigeration systems, HVAC, and related electrical controls.
