Responsibilities

Key Roles
Engage students involved in disciplinary cases (offenders and victims) for fact-finding and pastoral support.
Build positive relationships with at-risk students to identify early warning signs.
Support the implementation of safety plans and monitor student well-being following incidents.
Enable students to take ownership through strengths-based approaches.
Facilitate restorative conversations between offenders and victims.
Support corrective counselling.
Collaborate with CMT, SDT, and external agencies (REACH, SSAs) for follow-up support.
Attend meetings with school personnel to stay informed about students who need support.
Requirements
Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Counselling, Psychology, or related field.
At least 1 year of relevant experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Familiarity with restorative practices and case management processes is preferred.
