Job Summary

Support marketing operations by updating digital platforms, preparing marketing materials, organising events, collecting campaign data, and assisting with daily marketing administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Update company website, social media pages, and product information to maintain accurate and engaging content
• Design and prepare marketing materials such as flyers and brochures to support promotional activities
• Coordinate and assist in organising trade shows and promotional events to enhance brand presence
• Collect and analyse campaign data to generate simple reports for marketing performance review
• Support daily marketing administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation of marketing activities

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or above in Marketing, Design, or related fields
• Basic skills in Canva to create visual marketing content
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office to manage documents and presentations
• Familiarity with social media platforms to support digital marketing efforts
• Ability to write clear and concise content in English
• Strong organisational skills, creativity, and attention to detail
