Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays: 0900hrs to 1825hrs

Job Description

1. Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team to ensure sales targets are achieved.
2. Process and maintain vehicle sales bookings, including data entry.
3. Track booking counts, cancellations and registration status.
4. Ensure accuracy of customer and inventory details, VIN/motor numbers, colours, etc.
5. Verify documentation for preparation of COE bidding & registration.
6. Coordinate with finance, insurance, PDI team and banks for required documentation.
7. Support the manager with streamlining workflows, implement process improvements.
8. Other ad hoc duties as and when assigned.

Job Requirement

1. Diploma /Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or Logistics Management preferred

2. Minimum 5 years’ working experience in a similar role

3. Good analytical and problem-solving skills

4. Meticulous with details

5. Strong communication and collaboration skills

6. Proficiency in Microsoft excel and word
