Position Overview:

Pro Engrg is seeking an Admin Assistant to support the Business expansion. He/she will play a pivotal role in extending the customer base and driving revenue growth together with the Management Team.

Working Hours:               5days (Mon-Fri, 8:00am - 5:30pm)

Compensation:               $2,300to $2,500; 13th Month; Variable Bonus

Employment Duration:  Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

·      Handle emails and record on Data entry accordingly.

·      Support the sales team on day-to-day administration and quotation preparation.

·      Answer Phone Call, Incoming Documents, generate invoice & Delivery Order, Purchase Order, … etc.

·      Maintenance of database. Documentation, filing work.

·      Provide basic administrative support to the other department.

·      Other ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

·      Primary PSLE/ Secondary School “N” or "O" Level.

·      At least 2 Years of working experience in Clerical/ Administrative Support.

·      Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, especially on Microsoft Excel.

·      Only Singaporeans or Permanent Residence may apply.
