Job Description

Responsibilities

What The Role Is

As a Resource Executive, you will play a key role in supporting end-to-end recruitment activities and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for both candidates and hiring teams

Coordinate and support recruitment activities across multiple tech roles and hiring teams

Liaising with hiring managers to schedule interviews, technical tests, and panel interviews, including coordinating interview panels, sending calendar invites, and communicating interview details to candidates.

Maintain accurate and up to date recruitment records in recruitment tracking systems

Support job postings, candidate shortlisting and onboarding administration

Provide timely updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress and status

Handle candidate enquiries and ensure a positive candidate experience

Support recruitment events (e.g., career fairs, campus recruitment talks and networking sessions) by coordinating with universities and external vendors, and arranging registrations and venues

Manage recruitment event logistics, including booth setup, collateral, manpower schedules and on-site coordination

Procure recruitment materials (e.g., banners, booth collateral, brochures and giveaways) by coordinating quotations, purchase requests and delivery timelines with internal stakeholders and vendors

Support recruitment related initiatives, projects and process improvements

What You Will Be Working On

  • Possess a certification or diploma in Human Resources, Business A dministration or a related discipline
  • Have prior experience in recruitment coordination, HR operations or administrative support
  • Are highly organised and able to manage multiple roles and timelines concurrently
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders
  • Are comfortable working with recruitment systems, spreadsheets and documentation
  • Pay strong attention to detail and maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Are proactive, adaptable and able to manage changing priorities effectively

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience supporting IT, tech or professional hiring
  • Familiarity with public sector recruitment processes
  • Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Team player who works well with cross functional teams
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks

Successful candidates will be offered a 1+1 year contract in the first instance.
