Your Role

As a Operation Engineer / Asst. Operation Engineer, you'll work closely with our Commercial Team to deliver repair projects from planning through execution.

Responsibilities include:

• Planning and coordinating marine repair projects
• Attending vessels and conducting onboard inspections
• Preparing technical and repair proposals
• Liaising with Owners, Superintendents, Chief Engineers, Class Surveyors and Shipyards
• Managing project schedules, manpower and logistics
• Supporting emergency repair mobilisation
• Ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and professionally

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Diploma or Degree in Marine Engineering or a related discipline
• Experience in ship repair, shipyard or marine services is an advantage
• Fresh graduates with the right attitude are encouraged to apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Enjoys solving technical challenges
• Willing to board vessels and travel when required
