Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and installation works.
- Coordinate and monitor workers, subcontractors, and site progress.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality workmanship.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, and Production teams.
- Report project progress, delays, and site issues to management.
- Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors when required.
- Ensure proper documentation, daily site reports, and records are maintained.
- Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
