Responsibilities

  • Conduct client consultations to assess beauty needs and recommend suitable treatments and products.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in treatment rooms and workstations.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Keep up to date with the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques.
  • Assist in promoting salon services and retail products.
  • Manage appointment schedules and client records accurately.
