Responsibilities

Sales Operations

• Prepare and send professional quotes and sales confirmations, ensuring pricing and terms are accurate.
• Process orders into our system and track payment status until completion.
• Maintain clear sales records and regular status updates for the sales team.

Customer Relations

• Serve as the main point of contact for client enquiries, resolving questions and updating customers on order progress.
• Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into confirmed orders through timely communication.

Production Coordination

• Coordinate with production and logistics to schedule jobs and confirm deadlines are achievable.
• Verify artwork and job specifications with production to reduce rework and delays.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, order processing or a related role.
• Diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required if you bring strong practical experience.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Familiarity with CRM or order management tools and basic invoicing workflows.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel for order tracking and simple reporting.
• Ability to create clear quotes and basic pricing calculations.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and professional customer manner.
• Organised, detail focused and able to manage multiple orders under deadline pressure.
• Collaborative attitude and willingness to support a small team to meet shared goals.
