Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in HR and Administration.
  • Experience in payroll administration and employee lifecycle management.
  • Knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act and statutory requirements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Seeking a proactive HR & Admin Executive to oversee day-to-day human resources and administrative functions, supporting recruitment, employee lifecycle management, payroll administration, office operations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and Malaysian employment regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all HR documentation is complete and up to date.
  • Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, warning letters, resignation acceptance letters, and other HR-related correspondence.
  • Prepare and process monthly payroll, including attendance, leave, overtime, claims, allowances, and statutory deductions.
  • Prepare and submit statutory contributions and reports (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB) in a timely manner.
  • Administer employee attendance, leave, medical leave, and other HR records.
  • Ensure compliance with the Employment Act 1955, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, onboarding, and orientation.
  • Organise staff training, company events, and employee engagement activities.
  • Oversee office administration, including office supplies, facilities, assets, travel arrangements, and vendor coordination.
  • Liaise with government agencies, external vendors, and service providers when required.
  • Prepare HR reports, maintain confidential records, and provide administrative support to management.
  • Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by management.
