Position: Senior Voice Engineer

Location: Singapore (CBD)

Work Model: Hybrid

Duration: 12-Month Contract (Extendable)

Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities

Lead Microsoft Teams Phone & Direct Routing implementation

Configure Teams Voice Policies, Dial Plans & Routing

Build and validate AudioCodes SBCs for Direct Routing

Coordinate SBC deployment across 11 sites

Lead Singapore pilot migration and regional rollout

Support Avaya Aura PBX to Microsoft Teams Phone migration

Ensure compliance, change management, and operational readiness

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of Voice/Unified Communications experience

5+ years of Microsoft Teams Phone & Direct Routing engineering

Strong hands-on experience with AudioCodes SBC

Expertise in Microsoft Teams Admin Center

Experience with Avaya Aura PBX migration projects

Direct Routing Architecture & PSTN Integration

SIP, Voice Routing, Dial Plans & Voice Policies

Voice Infrastructure Design & Deployment

Experience working in Banking, Financial Services, Government, Energy, Pharmaceuticals, or other regulated industries

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Education: Bachelor's Degree
