About the Role

We are seeking a Junior AI Engineer to support the development and deliof Agentic AI solutions. This role is ideal for candidates with 5+ years of experience who are passionate about Generative AI, LLMs, emerging AI technologies and Python/Java coding

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Agentic AI solutions using the company's internal AI platform
• Build customer-facing AI applications leveraging LLMs (e.g., Claude)
• Design, develop, and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
• Set up and maintain data pipelines to support AI solutiona
• Evaluate model performance and improve AI accuracy and effectivenes
• Apply prompt engineering, MCP concepts, and AI workflow orchestration
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver AI-driven solutions

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, AI, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Candidates with up to 10 years of relevant experience
• Hands on experience in Python, Java, Oracle, LLMs, Generative AI, and AI application development
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes is mandatory.
• Experience with Docker and containerized application deployment
• Familiarity with RAG, MCP, AI agents, vector databases, or prompt engineering is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents only.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
