Key Responsibilities:

• Manage SAP Logistics AMS operations including incidents, service requests, and change requests.

• Provide functional leadership across SAP MM/SD/PP/QM/EWM/PM and integration with other modules.

• Review solutions, effort estimates, testing, documentation, and ensure SLA compliance.

• Lead and mentor SAP consultants, manage workload, and drive continuous improvement.

• Ensure ITIL-based service management and effective stakeholder coordination.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of SAP experience with AMS/support delivery exposure.

• Strong SAP Logistics functional knowledge and S/4HANA experience preferred.

• Experience in SAP AMS, incident/change management, and team leadership.

• ITIL knowledge and SAP certification are advantages.
