About the role

We are looking for an ILMT Administrator (IBM License Metric Tool) to join our global IT operations team in an agile environment.

You will be responsible for operating and maintaining our ILMT infrastructure, ensuring accurate license measurement and compliance for IBM software across the bank. You will work closely with infrastructure, license management, procurement and compliance teams, and are expected to bring IBM Certified Administrator‑level knowledge of ILMT and BigFix.

Your key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the ILMT system, ensuring availability and performance of the ILMT server
• Regularly execute and monitor software and hardware scans across relevant environments
• Apply updates, fix packs and new software catalogs to ILMT and related components
• Create, maintain and review license reports, in particular PVU/RVU metrics
• Ensure all relevant IBM products and instances are correctly captured and reflected in ILMT
• Support audit and compliance requests by providing accurate ILMT data and reports
• Validate ILMT detections (product assignments, bundles, versions) and perform manual corrections for incorrect or missing assignments
• Coordinate with business and application owners to verify actual software usage
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues in scans, agent communication and report generation
• Collaborate with server, network and database teams to resolve infrastructure‑related problems
• Escalate and work with IBM Support when required
• Maintain documentation of ILMT architecture, processes and operating procedures
• Create guidelines for the proper use and interpretation of ILMT reports
• Support internal stakeholders such as license management, procurement and compliance with ILMT‑related information and consulting

What you bring

• Good ILMT knowledge; IBM Certified Administrator knowledge level expected
• Good BigFix knowledge
• Good knowledge of Windows, Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Solaris
• Experience deploying ILMT application servers and client agents based on defined processes
