Company Description ATOMIC REHAB SPORTS PHYSIOTHERAPY CENTRE is a specialized clinic focused on sports rehabilitation and physiotherapy services. The centre is dedicated to helping individuals recover from injuries, improve physical performance, and prevent future musculoskeletal issues. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based in Petaling Jaya. The Physiotherapist will assess clients with sports-related and general musculoskeletal conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver hands-on therapy and exercise-based rehabilitation. Daily tasks include conducting detailed physical assessments, documenting findings in line with clinic protocols, monitoring progress, and adjusting treatment as needed. The role involves educating clients on injury prevention, self-management strategies, and safe return to sport or activity. The Physiotherapist will collaborate with other healthcare and fitness professionals, maintain accurate records, and contribute to a positive, professional clinic environment.

Qualifications

  • Recognized degree in Physiotherapy and valid professional registration or eligibility to practice, in line with local regulations.
  • Strong skills in musculoskeletal assessment, manual therapy, and exercise prescription for rehabilitation and performance enhancement.
  • Ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans for sports injuries and general orthopedic conditions.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Good clinical reasoning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills supported by evidence-based practice.
  • Ability to maintain thorough, accurate clinical documentation and manage time efficiently in a busy clinic setting.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and openness to learning new techniques and technologies.
  • Experience in sports physiotherapy, rehabilitation in private practice, or working with athletes is an advantage.
  • Comfortable working on-site in Petaling Jaya and being flexible with client schedules, including possible evenings or weekends.
