We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer who:

• Enjoys reviewing code, sharing knowledge, and contributing to engineering best practices.

What you will do:

• Design, develop and maintain scalable full-stack applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
• Build AI-powered product experiences by integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), AI services, and intelligent workflows into our platform.
• Translate product requirements, wireframes and prototypes into responsive, performant, and user-friendly applications.
• Design, develop and maintain secure RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, Data/AI Engineers and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality features on time.
• Write clean, maintainable and well-tested code, and participate actively in code reviews.
• Contribute to software architecture, technical design discussions and continuous improvement of engineering standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues, support quality assurance activities, and continuously improve application performance and reliability.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, technical designs and engineering standards.
• Ensure applications meet security, privacy and compliance requirements while adhering to Pulsifi's Information Security Management System (ISMS), including Information Security, Data Protection and related policies.

You meet all or most of these requirements:

• 7+ years of experience building modern web applications as a Full Stack Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5 and modern CSS.
• Experience with Angular (preferred) or other modern frontend frameworks such as React.
• Strong backend development experience using Node.js (NestJS or Express is a plus).
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI services or Large Language Models (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini or similar) into applications is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with modern AI engineering concepts such as prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) is an advantage.
• Experience with OAuth 2.0, authentication and application security best practices.
• Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL and MongoDB.
• Experience with Git, unit testing, CI/CD pipelines and collaborative software development.
• Strong understanding of software design principles, system architecture, SOLID principles and scalable application development.
• Experience working in Agile product development environments.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes or modern DevOps practices.
• Experience with AI observability or evaluation tools (e.g. Langfuse).
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and contributing to engineering best practices.
