About the Role

We’re looking for an SEO Executive who is both strategic and hands-on. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, solid experience with WordPress, and the ability to handle SEO challenges on both WordPress and custom-built websites and should understand the unique challenges of optimizing sites built on modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Next.js etc. Knowledge of the Thai language is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy Development: Plan and execute SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
• Keyword Research: Identify and prioritize relevant, high-performing keywords to guide optimization efforts.
• On-Page & Content Optimization: Optimize content, meta tags, headings, and internal linking to enhance rankings and user experience.
• Technical SEO: Conduct audits, troubleshoot issues, and ensure websites are search engine-friendly.
• WordPress & Custom Site Management: Manage SEO tasks in WordPress and address optimization challenges in custom-built sites.
• Link Building: Develop strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks.
• Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush, and prepare regular performance reports.
• Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitors and identify opportunities to improve rankings.
• Collaboration: Work with developers, designers, and content writers to implement SEO best practices.
• Algorithm Awareness: Keep up to date with search engine updates and adjust strategies accordingly.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Holding a bachelor's degree Certificate
• Strong knowledge of SEO fundamentals (on-page, off-page, and technical).
• Hands-on experience with WordPress and familiarity with SEO challenges in custom sites.
• Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and web technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Good communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Thai language knowledge is an advantage, but not mandatory.
