Job Summary

To be responsible for the daily sales support and operations functions

Job Responsibilities

• To handle all internal and external customers’ queries and requests such as stock availability and costing.
• To process all orders received from various Sales divisions.
• To generate invoices and delivery notes with high level of accuracy.
• To liaise with warehouse on delivery requests.
• To investigate invoice claims and prepare credit notes as and when applicable.
• To manage any sales returns / repairs and issue credit notes as and when necessary.
• To be responsible for custom clearance of all exports / imports.
• To ensure accuracy of deliveries and the traceability of the deliveries.
• To assist in perpetual inventory checks and to investigate any document discrepancies.
• To ensure all stock movements are updated in ERP system.
• To ensure compliance to the rules and regulations of all order processing.
• To place orders for goods, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• To maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and inventory.
• To monitor stock levels and reorder products as needed to prevent shortages.
• To be responsible for preparing monthly / quarterly / yearly report(s).
