Responsibilities

As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for design quality, outcomes, and practice within a cross-functional problem space team, with influence beyond your immediate squad. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders to deeply understand user needs and translate them into impactful, scalable product solutions.

This role suits designers who are user-centric, outcome-driven, and comfortable leading through collaboration and influence.

What You Will Do

  • Lead design outcomes within a problem space team, collaborating closely with product, engineering, and key stakeholders.
  • Drive problem discovery, facilitating workshops, discussions, and exploratory activities to align teams on user needs and opportunities.
  • Translate insights into solutions, owning solution discovery through delivery with clear rationale and intent.
  • Design end-to-end user experiences, including complex flows across mobile and web platforms.
  • Balance user needs and business goals, helping stakeholders make informed design and product decisions.
  • Communicate design thinking clearly, articulate insights, trade-offs, and decisions in a compelling way.
  • Apply human-centered design principles, including interaction design, usability, and accessibility, to solve complex problems.
  • Contribute to and evolve the design system, creating or enhancing components to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Use prototyping strategically to validate ideas, reduce risk, and deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Support design maturity, coaching peers and influencing design quality beyond your immediate team.

What You Bring

  • At least 3 years of product design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process, shipped work, and measurable impact.
  • Experience working in cross-functional product teams.
  • Strong foundations in interaction design, visual design, and design systems.
  • Ability to operate with autonomy, handle ambiguity, and make sound design decisions.
  • Experience mentoring or coaching other designers is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, ProtoPie). Familiarity with front-end concepts is advantageous.
  • Curiosity and a growth mindset, actively staying current with emerging design practices and tools.
  • Experience building responsive web experiences using Webflow or Framer.
