Support plant commissioning, start-up, shutdown, and day-to-day production operations to ensure smooth and safe manufacturing processes.
Carry out production activities, quality inspections, and basic plant maintenance to meet production schedules, product quality, and cost objectives.
Conduct routine field inspections, collect samples, and record operational data to support plant reliability, production efficiency, and product quality.
Participate in the Emergency Response Team, including emergency drills and response activities.
Comply with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies and actively contribute to workplace safety and environmental protection initiatives.
Requirements
GCE 'O' Level with credits in Science or Technical subjects, or a NITEC (NTC 2) in Chemical Process, Mechanical Fitting, Electrical Fitting & Installation, Electronics, or a related discipline.
Willing to work on a rotating shift schedule.
A proactive team player with strong initiative, commitment, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
