About Company:

Our client is a technology service provider to the microelectronics industry which head office is located in Singapore for regional operations.

Job Description:

• Develop and maintain BIM models for semiconductor facility projects using Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other BIM software

• Prepare detailed 3D models for: Process piping systems & Tool hook-up services

• Perform clash detection and coordination with various disciplines to minimize site conflicts

• Generate shop drawings, construction drawings, and as-built drawings from BIM models

• Coordinate with project engineers, designers, and construction teams to ensure design accuracy and constructability

• Update BIM models according to site changes, feedback comments from contractors, RFIs and revised drawings

• Ensure BIM deliverables comply with project specifications, BIM execution plans and company standards

• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the company

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, BIM, or related disciplines

• Minimum 1 year of BIM modelling experience, preferably in semiconductor, cleanroom, pharmaceutical, or industrial projects

• Proficient in both Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD

• Knowledge of process piping, exhaust, HVAC, UPW, PCW, CDA, gas, and chemical systems is an advantage

• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, and construction specifications

• Able to work in a fast-paced project environment with tight schedules

• Site experience in tool hook-up or facility installation works is an added advantage

Compensation:

• Work location: Tampines

• Working hours: 8:30am to 6:00pm (5 days work week, no fixed off days)

• Monthly Allowances (if applicable, for example Engineer Hardship Allowance up to $720/month, etc.)
