About the role:

• Position: Service Technician.
• Salary: Approx. S$3,000 basic + annual bonus + overtime pay (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
• Benefit: Leave and benefits as per MOM regulations.
• Work location: Customer sites across Singapore, with occasional work at the workshop (Jurong West). Transport will be provided for employees without their own vehicle.
• Work hours: 5.5 days (44 hours) a week, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.

Job Description:

• Inspect, test, and measure equipment to identify potential problems.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Perform routine maintenance of equipment at customer sites to ensure optimal performance.
• Carry out repair and troubleshooting tasks on equipment as needed.
• Provide on-site support and assist customers with basic equipment usage and technical queries when required.
• Maintain timely and accurate service records and reports of maintenance and repairs.
• Perform rotational standby duty when necessary to respond to customer service or repair requests.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate with customers regarding service updates.
• Maintain good housekeeping and organization of work areas and tools.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.

Skills & Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Candidates with a strong electrical background or relevant electrical troubleshooting experience will be preferred.
• Able to read and interpret basic technical drawings, schematics, and service manuals.
• Valid Class 3/3A driving license is required.
• Proactive attitude towards identifying issues and performing preventive maintenance.
• Basic proficiency in English preferred.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and proactive risk awareness.
