Job Summary
A Hotel Guest Executive delivers exceptional customer service by welcoming guests, handling inquiries and special requests, resolving complaints promptly, and coordinating with different hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and check in/check out guests professionally.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and feedback.
- Resolve guest complaints and service issues efficiently.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Food & Beverage teams.
- Handle VIP arrivals, long-stay guests, and special occasions.
- Ensure guest profiles and preferences are accurately recorded.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and online guest inquiries.
- Maintain high standards of hospitality and customer satisfaction.
- Assist with reservations and room allocation when required.
- Promote hotel services and upsell room upgrades or hotel packages.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, SOPs, and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field (preferred).
- At least 1–2 years of experience in a hotel front office or guest relations role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel PMS (e.g., Cloudbeds, Opera, or similar).
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Well-groomed with a professional appearance.
Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,700.00 per month
