• Handling full set of accounts function, include GL, Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss and etc
• Manage accounts receivables (AR) and accounts payables (AP) functions
• Assist external auditor to prepare company audit report
• Perform data entries, prepare and assist in day-to-day operation in accounting and admin works Assist in month-end closing and reconciliation of daily, monthly and yearly transactions
• Ensure compliance with company's accounting policies and procedures Undertake any ad-hoc duties including admin duties, as and when assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy/ Finance/ Business Administration or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin (in order to handle queries and concerns from Mandarin speaking associates in regards with the accounts related matters)
• At least 3 Year of full-set of accounts experience in the related field is required for this for this position.
• Experience in MYOB Software
• Experience in Commodities trading industry is a plus
• Required skill: Microsoft office, any accounting software
• Preferably senior executive specialized in accounting.

Pay: $3,800.00 - $5,000.00 per month
