Our 2-Year Sales Management Trainee Programme is designed for high-potential individuals with the ambition to develop into future sales leaders within our organisation.

What You’ll Experience

• Drive business development and support company sales growth initiatives
• Build strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities
• Support execution of sales strategies and commercial initiatives
• Analyse market opportunities and customer needs to drive business growth
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver effective solutions for clients
• Develop leadership capabilities and commercial acumen for future sales management roles

Who We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Technology, Business Management, or equivalent fields
• At least 1 year of working experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for sales, business development, and technology solutions
• Self-driven individual with leadership potential
