JOB SCOPE:

• As a 1st Level Support for Operations Team.
• Perform 9 hour shift work in NOC and shift replacement if required.
• Ensure all alerts are attended and escalated until the issue is resolved.
• Manage ticketing system ITOP and update accordingly for tracking purposes.
• Responsible for answering any whatsapp or call or email from customers.
• Perform daily check on any Bandwidth detected down in PRTG.
• Hand over outstanding matters to the next shift team for follow-up.
• Daily Shift and Network report submission.
• Routine task on Router Maintenance at customer premises.
• Perform signal check at customer location prior installation.
• Support and troubleshoot if required for further checking.
• Perform router troubleshoot / installation for klang valley/outstation sites.
• Perform OPA sites backup test during night shift.
• Update Daily Shift Report and Network Report interval hourly from 12am until 9am
• Generate Monthly reports to Project team @ all customers.
• Escalate any issue to the 2nd and 3 Level Operations Team for further action and resolution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
