Working Location: Ara Damansara, Selangor (Near LRT Station)

Salary Package

• Basic Salary: RM3,000
• KPI Incentive: Up to RM200

About the Role

Join an established customer support team serving Canon Singapore customers. You will provide professional assistance through inbound calls and email while ensuring excellent customer service.

Working Hours

• Monday – Friday: 7:30 AM – 7:00 PM (Rotational within operating hours)
• Saturday: 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM
• Sunday & Public Holidays: Off (subject to company policy)

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Assist customers with product and service-related enquiries.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions.
• Escalate unresolved issues when necessary.
• Update customer records in the system.
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting KPI targets.

Job Requirements

• Malaysian Citizen.
• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Ability to read Mandarin is preferred (to support Singapore customers).
• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Basic computer skills.
• Customer service experience is an added advantage.
