About the Role

ROOTS F&B (KL) SDN BHD is seeking a talented Senior Barista or Barista to join our dynamic team at our Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur location.
his full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our exceptional customer service and specialty beverage offerings at our popular café.
Position level and salary will be based on experience and performance during the interview.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Preparing a wide range of specialty coffee drinks to the highest standard and mocktail knowledge.
• Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
• Participate in regular barista training and skill development.
• Support the café team in daily operations as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Barista in a fast-paced café or restaurant environment.
• Strong understanding of coffee bean origins, roasting profiles, and brewing methods.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Positive, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team and under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of cash handling and POS systems.
• Malaysian candidates only.
