Job Description
1. Administrative Operations
- Oversee day-to-day administrative functions of the organization
- Ensure office operations run efficiently and effectively
- Monitor and improve administrative processes and workflows
2. Documentation & Record Management
- Maintain proper filing systems (physical & digital)
- Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping
- Prepare reports, letters, and official documents
3. Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments
- Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on action items
- Handle internal and external correspondence professionally
4. Team Supervision
- Supervise and guide administrative staff (if applicable)
- Assign tasks and monitor performance
- Provide training and support to junior staff
5. Compliance & Policy Support
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Support audits, ISO documentation, and compliance requirements
- Assist in implementing administrative SOPs
6. Office & Asset Management
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Liaise with vendors and service providers
- Monitor maintenance and ensure workplace readiness
7. Management Support
- Provide administrative support to management
- Assist in special projects and operational tasks
- Handle confidential information with integrity
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of administrative experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to speak Mandarin.
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
