• Plan and carry out marketing, promotional, and community activities for the site.
• Manage the site's social media accounts by preparing and posting content, photos, videos, captions, and announcements.
• Create simple marketing materials such as posters, notices, and digital content.
• Promote site events, facilities, vendors, and announcements to residents, tenants, and visitors.
• Organize community activities such as festive events, bazaars, health programs, and vendor promotions.
• Coordinate with residents, tenants, vendors, contractors, and the management team for events and activities.
• Help source and work with vendors, sponsors, and partners for events and promotions.
• Support on-site events by assisting with registration, crowd engagement, photography, videography, and general coordination.
• Collect feedback from participants and prepare reports after each event.
• Help improve the site's branding and community engagement.
• Keep records of activities, including photos, attendance, vendor information, and event reports.
• Prepare monthly marketing and activity reports.
• Respond to enquiries related to events, promotions, and vendor participation.
• Perform other marketing, social media, event, and community engagement duties as assigned by management.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
