Position Summary

The Service Crew is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing food and beverages according to company standards, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the daily operations of the store to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Experience in the F&B or retail industry is an advantage but not required.
• Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
