We are looking for a proactive and experienced Production & Site Coordinator to manage and coordinate production activities at our factory while ensuring smooth execution of site installation works.

The successful candidate will act as the key coordinator between the Production, Project and Site teams, ensuring materials, manpower, machinery and equipment are ready for project execution according to schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate daily production activities based on project requirements.

Ensure fabrication and production are completed according to the approved schedule.

Prepare and coordinate materials required for site installation.

Arrange deliveries from the factory to project sites using the company's in-house lorries.

Coordinate the mobilisation of site equipment such as cranes, scissor lifts, boom lifts, forklifts and other machinery.

Work closely with the Project Team, Production Team and Site Supervisors to ensure smooth project execution.

Monitor production and site schedules, resolving operational issues that may affect project timelines.

Maintain proper documentation and coordination records.

Ensure all materials and equipment are available before site installation begins.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Construction Management or any related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in production, manufacturing or fabrication is mandatory.

Experience coordinating site activities within the construction industry.

Good understanding of production planning and site operations.

Experience coordinating heavy equipment such as cranes, scissor lifts, boom lifts and forklifts is an advantage.

Strong planning, coordination and communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook).

Possess a valid driving licence and willing to travel to project sites when required.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with experience in petrol station construction, steel fabrication, construction, engineering or industrial manufacturing will have an added advantage.
