Your Mission

Lead Hoi Yong’s digital transformation by improving business processes, implementing business systems, driving automation, leveraging AI, and building data-driven decision-making capabilities across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Process Improvement

• Analyse and map existing business processes across all departments.
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies and manual work.
• Design and implement more efficient workflows and SOPs.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, accuracy and service quality.

2. Business Systems & ERP

• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of ERP and business systems.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Work closely with software developers, vendors and department heads.
• Coordinate system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment and training.
• Ensure systems are scalable, user-friendly and aligned with business needs.

3. Automation & Digitalisation

• Identify opportunities to automate manual and repetitive processes.
• Implement workflow automation across procurement, operations, finance, HR and sales.
• Introduce digital tools that improve operational efficiency and collaboration.
• Reduce paperwork and manual data entry through smart automation.

4. Data, Dashboards & AI

• Develop management dashboards and KPI reporting for different departments.
• Build data models that support business decision-making.
• Explore and implement AI solutions to improve productivity, forecasting and customer service.
• Champion the responsible use of AI across the organisation.

5. Technology & Digital Transformation

• Develop and execute the company’s digital transformation roadmap.
• Evaluate new technologies and recommend practical solutions.
• Manage technology projects from planning through implementation.
• Promote innovation and digital adoption across the company.
• Work with department leaders to ensure technology delivers measurable business value.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; candidates from all academic backgrounds are welcome to apply.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business systems, ERP, digital transformation, business analysis or process improvement.
• Experience implementing ERP or enterprise software projects.
• Strong business process mapping and analytical skills.
• Experience with dashboard and reporting tools such as Power BI or similar.
• Good understanding of AI, automation and emerging digital technologies.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across multiple departments.
• Able to translate business needs into practical technology solutions.

Bonus Experience

Experience with one or more of the following is an advantage:

• ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP Business One, Oracle NetSuite, Odoo, AutoCount or similar)
• Microsoft Power Platform
• Power BI
• SQL/AutoCount
• Python
• AI applications
• Workflow automation platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier, Power Automate)
• Warehouse, logistics, FMCG or distribution industries
