• Design and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Manage the overall marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and strong return on investment (ROI).
• Develop and implement marketing strategies across digital marketing, branding, communications, creative, and offline channels.
• Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across all customer touchpoints.
• Plan and execute product launches, promotional campaigns, roadshows, exhibitions, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to generate qualified leads and improve conversion rates.
• Monitor, analyse, and optimise the customer journey and marketing funnel using data-driven insights.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, production houses, and vendors.
• Lead the execution of digital marketing activities including social media, performance marketing, content marketing, campaigns, and website optimisation.
• Develop customer retention and loyalty initiatives to strengthen long-term customer relationships.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualification:

• 5–8 years of experience in marketing, including digital marketing, brand management, performance marketing, customer acquisition, retention, and campaign management.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Experience in the automotive, retail, or consumer products industry is an advantage.
• Proven experience in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM, and marketing automation tools.
• Experience managing marketing budgets, agencies, and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong project management and team leadership capabilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
