Job scope: -

• Identify, Develop and Acquire new clients.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and upsell opportunities.
• Negotiating and closing sales contracts to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Providing excellent customer service and problem-solving to ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborating with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
• Monitoring and report market trends & competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities.
• Preparing detailed monthly sales reports and forecasts.

Requirements: -

• At least a Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years’ of related experience. (Experience/ exposure in Marine or Oil & Gas industry is an advantage).
• Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia. (Mandarin & local dialect is a plus)
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, confident in delivering presentations and engaging with clients at all levels.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and grow client

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
