Job Vacancy: Account Executive

Location: Integra Tower, The Intermark, Kuala Lumpur
Commencement Date: 1 September 2026
Salary Range: RM3,200 – RM4,000

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and supporting management in making informed business decisions.

Scope of Work & Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure timely submission of statutory reports such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and tax-related matters.
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies.
• Maintain proper accounting records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Assist in process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency in financial operations.
• Support management with financial analysis and cost control initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, ACCA or equivalent.
• Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g. SQL, AutoCount, or equivalent) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards, taxation, and statutory requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
